Kathy was an outstanding agent for my recent real estate transaction. She performed thorough research with comps in my neighborhood, she has a wealth of knowledge at what she does and also with various vendors I needed to work with. Kathy worked diligently to keep me informed, guiding me through the whole process to make it efficient and painless. I can't recommend Kathy highly enough!

Kyle is an amazing realtor! He always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable! We sold our house in Colorado and moved to Missouri and he made that process as painless as possible! He even found and recommended us painters and people to fix our drive way, and when we were out of town he met with and got an estimate for us! Very professional, explained everything to us (even when I’d ask the same question 100x) and never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. He replied timely, on the few times that he didn’t pick up when we called.

Richard helped me in so many ways that you just don't find today. He has done more than I would ever expect or ask anyone to do. That is who Richard is if you get the pleasure of working with this great man! I have a chronic illness & from day to day don't know what condition I will be in. We started working together in the Spring w/the plan to have my property sold in the Summer. However, most of the Summer I was sick in the hospital. Richard knew what needed to be done & instead of waiting for me he took control of the situation & did what needed to be done. He meet my tenants who have lived in my property for a long time. He did a walk through with my tenant of the property and took detailed notes on what needs to be cleaned up or fixed. He also took pictures of key details that he wanted to share with me.

Terry is very knowledgeable realtor. He gave great suggestions and was very informative in every decision we had to make. He went above and beyond our expectations and kept us informed every step of the way. Loved working with Terry because he made the whole experience stress free.
