Richard Foerster

(Part 1 of 2 reviews that had to be split up) This review is way overdue...Sorry Richard. Richard is one of the most compassionate people I have ever seen in this industry. Richard helped me in so many ways that you just don't find today. He has done more than I would ever expect or ask anyone to do. That is who Richard is if you get the pleasure of working with this great man! I have a chronic illness & from day to day don't know what condition I will be in. We started working together in the Spring w/the plan to have my property sold in the Summer. However, most of the Summer I was sick in the hospital. Richard knew what needed to be done & instead of waiting for me he took control of the situation & did what needed to be done. He meet my tenants who have lived in my property for a long time. He did a walk through with my tenant of the property and took detailed notes on what needs to be cleaned up or fixed. He also took pictures of key details that he wanted to share with me.

Mr Forester was a true professional throughout the entire experience of selling my property. He was very attentive to my wishes and concerns during all phases especially since this was a first time event for me. He physically participated in many of areas where I needed an additional vehicle or handyman with certain items on my property. There is not enough praise I can give this agent for the way he helped this 72 year old seller. Thank you so much Rich.. hope I can return a favor to you someday.

Rich was extremely professional and communitive during the buying / selling process. He ensured all deadlines were met and provided valuable guidance through the Home Inspection, Loan application, and Closing processes.
