I highly recommend Temeka! We were moving from another state and her knowledge of the local real estate market was invaluable. She was with us every step of the way and was easy to get in touch with. She was also helpful in communicating with the builder and lender when needed. Temeka found us such a great house that I don't think we'll need to move again, but if we do, I'm definitely calling her!

Martina is an exceptional real estate agent. We have bought and sold five houses over the past 20 years and our experience of purchasing a home in Roswell with Martina was by far the best we have ever had. We were out of town buyers and Martina did a wonderful job prescreening homes to maximize our time. She picked us up from our hotel and worked far past banker hours to help us find the perfect home. The home we purchased had challenging sellers and Martina is a skillful negotiator who achieved an optimal result for us. Closing was seamless and even after closing Martina checked in and provided valuable assistance. I would absolutely utilize her services again.

I can't say enough about Tesh as an agent. She guided me through the process meanwhile educating me on procedures as we went. She is extremely knowledgeable and went above and behind to protect my interest as a buyer. I highly recommend!

Without Kera's help my wife and I would have never found the perfect home like we did. Trying to find a home during the time of covid was a daunting task that we were forced to partake in. We started just as the pandemic began, and even through all that she continued to help us find the right house. For both first-time home buyers (like us) and those who are more experienced, Kera's first-hand knowledge and expertise in the field will be a boon to any who want to find the perfect home.

Chris was responsive, knowledgeable, and patient with our search for the perfect house in a crazy Atlanta market in the winter-spring of 2021. His advice was spot-on, and his attention to both our budget and wish list helped make the process go as smoothly as possible, until we found the right combination. We would certainly recommend Chris and Team Bedgood.
