I have used Debi's services now to both purchase AND sell a home. Both experiences have been positive even though the process can be stressful. She is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I never had issues reaching her and felt that I could trust her to have my best interests in mind. Our closing process was a nightmare due to no fault of Debi's. The buyer had switched lenders and then the new lender was unable to close by the deadlines set--multiple times. Debi continued to communicate with me and keep me informed throughout that process, which helped ease the stress some.

She helped us through the difficult transition of relocating from DC to the Atlanta Metro area. Konnie began working for us before we ever knew we were moving for certain. She continued to stay with us through the 5 months it took us to sell up there, and buy down here. I should also note, Konnie's negotiation skills are 2nd to none. You would be hard pressed to find a better realtor, who can offer the same level of personal service. IF we ever decide to sell our beautiful home, Konnie will be the agent selling it.
