Martina was wonderful and found the perfect furnished apartment for my mother in less than a week's time! She was extremely attentive and thought of everything, negotiating with the landlord, asking all the right questions, and guiding us through the paperwork process. I know that I have found a realtor that I can trust and will definitely use again when my mom needs to look for a house, or if I need to relocate. Martina is an exceptional real estate agent. We have bought and sold five houses over the past 20 years and our experience of purchasing a home in Roswell with Martina was by far the best we have ever had. We were out of town buyers and Martina did a wonderful job prescreening homes to maximize our time. She picked us up from our hotel and worked far past banker hours to help us find the perfect home. The home we purchased had challenging sellers and Martina is a skillful negotiator who achieved an optimal result for us. Closing was seamless and even after closing Martina checked in and provided valuable assistance. I would absolutely utilize her services again.

Martina was very helpful, patient, and attentive for me as a first time homebuyer. She was easily accessible to me by text which was huge since that's my most convenient form of communication. She knows a lot about houses and was able to answer my questions about the process, as well as point out details/problems in houses that I didn't notice from an inexperienced buyer's standpoint. When I found a house that I wanted to see, Martina was quickly able to fit me in her busy schedule. I am happy I had Martina help me buy my first house, and I have already recommended her to a friend, and I would use her services again in the future if the opportunity presents itself.
