Joanne was amazing. She was extremely patient and did not pressure us to purchase a home. She took us out looking at different options multiple times and told us time and time again “don’t settle”. We couldn’t seem to find a new build with the interest rate we were wanting, but Joanne kept looking even after we lost hope and eventually found us a 3.9% in a 6.5% market!
