We couldn’t seem to find a new build with the interest rate we were wanting, but Joanne kept looking even after we lost hope and eventually found us a 3.9% in a 6.5% market! She also encouraged us to ask for more, like a shade package and appliances included due to the market we’re in, which is something I never would have thought of on my own. She’s a sales woman at heart with her buyers interest at the forefront of her mind, not her own! Incredible realtor, I absolutely recommend.
