Great team, attentative to our needs

Even though I am also a licensed Realtor, I employed Terri to help us sell our equestrian property. She does have a lot of knowledge of the equestrian market here in Las Vegas. I dealt mostly with one of her team members, Sommer McDaniel, who was delightful to work with. The transaction dragged on a lot longer than any of us predicted based on the buyers problems , but we were able to accomplish our goal and close escrow.

Mike is hands down the best agent we have worked with. He understands his role (whether it’s on the buying or listing side) and is very good at working for and understanding his client. He is a veteran with over two decades of experience in residential real estate and is heads and shoulders above his competition in regards to his knowledge and network. This may sound like an exaggeration, but if I could give Michael a 10 out of 5, I would! We bought a home in Vegas while still living 1800 miles away and never once did Michael let us down. From viewings, negotiations and financing Michael was on top of everything. He monitored everything to help things move along and stay on time.
