Joanne was amazing. She was extremely patient and did not pressure us to purchase a home. She took us out looking at different options multiple times and told us time and time again “don’t settle”. We couldn’t seem to find a new build with the interest rate we were wanting, but Joanne kept looking even after we lost hope and eventually found us a 3.9% in a 6.5% market! She also encouraged us to ask for more, like a shade package and appliances included due to the market we’re in, which is something I never would have thought of on my own. She’s a sales woman at heart with her buyers interest at the forefront of her mind, not her own! Incredible realtor, I absolutely recommend.

My family and I are beyond grateful for our home-buying experience and am more than happy to leave this review as well as recommending Joanne at every available opportunity. Her professionalism and dedication to finding us the perfect home was such a blessing to us! We went into things feeling a little bit defeated after scrolling through endless housing websites and never coming close to finding a home that truly impressed us - at least none that were within our budget. Our daughter was born premature and will require constant check-ups with specialist physicians throughout her life. That meant that finding a home in Las Vegas was more of a necessity than an option, and that time was of the essence. We were starting to feel as if we would have to simply postpone buying the home we dreamed of and settle for an apartment. BUT THEN we found Joanne! She was willing to meet with us and discuss in detail; our goals, budget, and what we most wanted from a home. Less than three weeks later, she took my wife to the home that she instantly fell in love with while I was away at work. It couldn't be more perfect for us, and for a price that was more affordable than any other the others we were looking at online. But her help went well beyond just finding the home. It truly felt like we had someone watching out for our best interest at every step of the buying process. She was in-person for every inspection, signing, and even the day we got the keys at the end of it all. We not only had a great experience but we made a great friend in the process. Truly, I cannot recommend her enough. I am currently writing this review in the living room of our lovely new home and remembering it all still brings a smile to my face!
