Where she absolutely shone, though, was in displaying a human touch – when both of us contracted Covid the week after our offer was accepted, Dawn was in touch daily to make sure we were OK, including offering to buy and deliver groceries while we were in isolation to make sure we didn’t go hungry, along with any needed medication. In short, we feel that we’ve made a personal friend as well as a new professional relationship.
