I found Dennis's card in my mom's wallet. Based on her prior relationship with Dennis, we used him as the realtor to sell her home in Morehead City. As we do not live in Morehead City, Dennis was very attentive to the needs of a non-local seller. He helped us with finding resources for the closing and even helped us with family heirlooms still left in the home.
