Sharon is very responsive to communications and questions. We interacted many times over the several days of our negotiations. She demonstrated market knowledge by know what similar houses sold for in our area of interest and this was helpful in price negotiations. She was also very helpful in getting a house inspection and following up with services that could address our concerns. The next time we need an agent we will be calling Sharon Stroupe.

Sharon Stroupe was the cherry on top. Extra bonus points go to Sharon for her kind, knowledgeable and personable character. From the first moment we met her we knew she would bring her exceptional talent to assist in the sale of our home. With her by Ryan’s side we felt we had won the “realtor” lottery. Her appreciation for our home decor, provided us with a sense of approval that our home would sale quickly. Her words “I wouldn’t change a thing” were so nice to hear. We felt an immediate connection with both Sharon and Ryan. We would definitely recommend them to our friends.

Sharon Stroupe was wonderful to work with. She was extremely familiar with our market and provided invaluable information on pricing. She was an excellent representative for us in interacting with potential clients. Along with her husband Ryan, she made us feel confident that we were getting the best sales support and the most experienced advice. There were no problems that she could not help us with. We had dreaded the ordeal of selling our home, but she made it a very pleasant experience. Even after the deal was made, she went beyond our expectations. In our hurry to move out, my wife had left some personal items in a dresser drawer. Sharon volunteered to retrieve them, much to our great relief and gratitude. Sharon was the perfect agent.

Sara was the best we have had the pleasure to work with. She knows her stuff. Dre is friendly and understanding and really interacts with people well. She answers any questions you might have and I would use her over and over again and send her to others. Thank you for allowing us to work with her. We appreciate her in more ways than one.

I WILL use Sara again for any future real estate transactions that I can. Yes, she's that good! Sara worked tirelessly to make sure my deal went through and at the right price. She's a masterful negotiator and a true real estate professional. I wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend Sara to anyone needing real estate representation in North Carolina!

Sara was a fantastic Realtor for us! We stumbled upon her while looking for a house that we eventually didn't buy. While the house wasn't right for us we felt a connection to Sara and asked if she would help us continue our search. She obliged and the experience was like having a close friend guiding you the whole way through the process. Sara was on top of every detail and we were kept in the loop every step of the way. Sara went above and beyond to show us the house multiple times, and helped to recommend many locals for various tasks that all turned out to be top notch as well. When it came time to sell my other house, Sara went above and beyond again to do research on a realtor in my local area that would be a good fit for us. Again, she delivered and the experience on both ends of the buy and sale have been grade A thanks to Sara's research. Not only would I use Sara again in the future but I would recommend her over and over again consider her a genuine friend.
