About 4 days later I found several more properties, that I wanted to see and she was happy to met me even though she had to take a ferry to the location. Then she had to do it all over again the next week so my wife could see the houses. Well to make a long story short. We put an offer in and it was accepted. After several inspections we renegotiated the final price, and again it was accepted. Jen gave us good advice and walked us though the process. We went from a Sunday night phone call to closing very quicklyin just 5 weeks. Jen did not allow an of the inspectors to let grass grow under their feet.
