CORRECTION: We were the buyers of the property, NOT the sellers…Review site is incorrect. Lori and her assistant Jennifer are very pleasant and were available to help us find a house in our budget in Sneads Ferry. Unfortunately, they had to navigate with an agent whose client (the owner of the house) and the renters who were occupying the house who were not very accommodating regarding showing dates and other scheduling items. But, Lori was able to negotiate the price down from the asking price, and handled arranging everything required with a real estate sale…upfront money, inspections, etc.

I cold called Jen about 8pm on a Sunday night and asked her if I could see a house she had listed in Oriental. She agreed, and we met the next morning at the property. She was really nice and kind. I was wearing a tee shirt & shorts and she did not openly judged me. I really did not like the house. Jen had her friend up us up on a golf cart and took me around to several other properties. About 4 days later I found several more properties, that I wanted to see and she was happy to met me even though she had to take a ferry to the location. Then she had to do it all over again the next week so my wife could see the houses. Well to make a long story short. We put an offer in and it was accepted. After several inspections we renegotiated the final price, and again it was accepted. Jen gave us good advice and walked us though the process. We went from a Sunday night phone call to closing very quicklyin just 5 weeks. Jen did not allow an of the inspectors to let grass grow under their feet. This kinda hustle and will get it done attitude is exactly what makes her an awesome realtor.

Suzanne Gwaltney is an excellent agent who I recommend highly. She spent time getting to know me and my husband so she understood our needs. She knows the area well from simpler things like restaurants and grocery stores to more crucial things like which areas are prone to flooding. She is patient, honest and very responsive in her communication. She provides a high level of service that is becoming more rare. I highly recommend Suzanne and would not hesitate to work with her in the future.
