I'm the type of person who wants someone to put me first (at least make me feel that way). I have used another Realtor twice in this area who did that. But this time around she was too busy for me and tried to have office help. The office help was taking days to respond to me and that would be after I would send a reminder. I decided to find someone else. I was referred by a friend to Sam who meet with me the same day to look at my townhouse, had it on the market with a full offer in a week.
