Lynette made me feel like part of her family. I was dealing with the loss of my parents and having to sell their home from out of state. She was not only a business partner but she made me like family. Me me feel at ease with the processes. She took time to explain everything in detail. She took time to literally pull me off the ledge, so to speak, at times. She willingly assisted with making appointments with local repair companies and other companies when needed. I truly feel blessed that our paths crossed. I HIGHLY recommend her services in either buying or selling a home. She was very compassionate. It was clear she cared and it was NOT about a paycheck for her. I can't thank her enough for her help.

I'm the type of person who wants someone to put me first (at least make me feel that way). I have used another Realtor twice in this area who did that. But this time around she was too busy for me and tried to have office help. The office help was taking days to respond to me and that would be after I would send a reminder. I decided to find someone else. I was referred by a friend to Sam who meet with me the same day to look at my townhouse, had it on the market with a full offer in a week. I can only speak highly of my experience. He called throughout the process to give me updates.
