She took time to literally pull me off the ledge, so to speak, at times. She willingly assisted with making appointments with local repair companies and other companies when needed. But this time around she was too busy for me and tried to have office help. The office help was taking days to respond to me and that would be after I would send a reminder. I decided to find someone else. I was referred by a friend to Sam who meet with me the same day to look at my townhouse, had it on the market with a full offer in a week. I can only speak highly of my experience. He called throughout the process to give me updates.
