Brionna was amazing and the person you want on your team when buying a home! She was there for every step along the process, pivoted strategies to help us put in better offers, and had great communication with us and all parties of potential sales. She was always willing to go to dozens of homes for us on short notice and gave us her honest opinions of the area and things she noted about the homes. She doesn’t push you beyond what you as a buyer are comfortable with, which is a great quality to have and highly respected. We could always count on her to follow up on the status of our offers and where the sellers and agents were at with their properties. I've known Jim close to 20 years as a former colleague, mortgage broker and a friend. Last couple of years is where i got to know Jim as a Real Estate Agent. First Jim helped us find the perfect home (took almost over a year and a half due to our specific needs) and then helped us sell our old home. Selling took only couple of months :-) Through out the buying process, Jim was patient. We would often look at a house and try to reason with ourselves to settle for it. But Jim would come back to counsel us to not compromise. He would often tell me that the perfect house for you is out there, it's just not listed yet! In that year and half, he presented at least half a dozen offers on our behalf. But we never felt pressured to raise our offers. He had a really good eye on the evolving market due to his dual knowledge of being a broker and an agent. In last few years, i have referred Jim to many friends and family.
