I've known Jim close to 20 years as a former colleague, mortgage broker and a friend. Last couple of years is where i got to know Jim as a Real Estate Agent. First Jim helped us find the perfect home (took almost over a year and a half due to our specific needs) and then helped us sell our old home. Selling took only couple of months :-) Through out the buying process, Jim was patient. We would often look at a house and try to reason with ourselves to settle for it. But Jim would come back to counsel us to not compromise. He would often tell me that the perfect house for you is out there, it's just not listed yet! In that year and half, he presented at least half a dozen offers on our behalf. But we never felt pressured to raise our offers. He had a really good eye on the evolving market due to his dual knowledge of being a broker and an agent. In last few years, i have referred Jim to many friends and family. They have all benefitted from him as well. I wish to continue our friendship when my family needs evolve again in the future.
