I've known Jim close to 20 years as a former colleague, mortgage broker and a friend. Last couple of years is where i got to know Jim as a Real Estate Agent. First Jim helped us find the perfect home (took almost over a year and a half due to our specific needs) and then helped us sell our old home. James sold my house about 16 years ago in Oceanside it was a great experience. My Father passed away and I am the Trustee of the property in Oceanside California . I immediately contacted James to list the house. Since I live in Colorado, I thought it would be hard getting it sold and would have to fly to California to get things done. That was not the case, James set up a removal company, a painter and a locksmith to get the house ready to put on the market for me. He also vacuumed the house for hours to make it presentable.
