Selling your parents home is a difficult task emotionally and dealing with the legal particulars can be overwhelming. This sale was smooth. In all my interactions with Jim, over twenty years worth, I have not once been disappointed in his willingness to do whatever is needed. His integrity makes him completely trustworthy which takes away the anxiety component I've had with other agents in the past. He is more than capable, very savvy about how to get things done with the least amount of trouble. I'll hire him again when I need him. I have worked with James Clark on a few refinances in the past but this time, we sought him as the selling agent for our rental property. The situation was a bit tricky since our tenant put in an offer as well, which we decided to accept. James then acted as the agent for the buyer as well. On top of this, the tenant decided to use James as his loan broker as well! James did a fantastic job wearing all three hats at one time and the process was extremely smooth -- the escrow actually closed 10 days ahead of schedule!
