Overall Jim was very helpful. He didn't hesitate to give me all the details when I had any questions; throughout the process I was always able to understand what was going on. When working with him I definitely got the sense that he takes pride in providing great service. At times he would certainly go the extra mile to see that things went smoothly and I was satisfied. The market was incredibly busy at the time (for example the banks were behind schedule), and the seller we were negotiating with was very difficult. Jim was amazing in helping us find a home. He showed patience in showing homes. He negotiated an amazing price for us. We had trouble with the appraiser using the proper terms in his report for us to obtain a loan. Jim worked very hard to encourage the appraiser to do a proper job.
