I've known Jim close to 20 years as a former colleague, mortgage broker and a friend. Last couple of years is where i got to know Jim as a Real Estate Agent. First Jim helped us find the perfect home (took almost over a year and a half due to our specific needs) and then helped us sell our old home. Selling took only couple of months :-) Through out the buying process, Jim was patient. We would often look at a house and try to reason with ourselves to settle for it. But Jim would come back to counsel us to not compromise. He would often tell me that the perfect house for you is out there, it's just not listed yet! In that year and half, he presented at least half a dozen offers on our behalf. But we never felt pressured to raise our offers. He had a really good eye on the evolving market due to his dual knowledge of being a broker and an agent. In last few years, i have referred Jim to many friends and family. They have all benefitted from him as well. I wish to continue our friendship when my family needs evolve again in the future.

Now let’s talk about a 10 out of 10 service! My husband and I were moving out of state and James was nothing but exceptional. James clearly delivered times lines, documents, and any information needed for selling the house. James went over and beyond my standards. With the stress of moving across states James made me feel at ease with selling my house. Nothing but a smooth process. Highly recommend.

James sold my house about 16 years ago in Oceanside it was a great experience. My Father passed away and I am the Trustee of the property in Oceanside California . I immediately contacted James to list the house. Since I live in Colorado, I thought it would be hard getting it sold and would have to fly to California to get things done. That was not the case, James set up a removal company, a painter and a locksmith to get the house ready to put on the market for me. He also vacuumed the house for hours to make it presentable. He no sooner put it on the MLS and it was sold for over asking price. Escrow went so smooth, they had a notary come to my house in Colorado to sign all documents needed. James went well beyond as a realtor for me and I appreciate all the hard work he did to get it sold. He was excellent with communicating and was always there to answer any questions I had.
