We had such a great experience working with Martha. She helped my fiancé and I look for our home and made the whole process feel comfortable and stress free. She never pressured us into finding a home or settling for something that wasn’t right for us. We really appreciated that she genuinely cared about helping us find the right home rather than just making a sale. We’re so grateful for all her help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who truly has their best interests at heart.

Tim Farley and Dudum, including Alison and the company took care of the selling of my home with the utmost honesty, guidance and support. I was never in doubt of the care that Tim displayed with all aspects concerning the age of the home. He was a wonderful employee that displayed the professionalism of a great agent. Tim and I worked together on the disclosures and were on deep respect of the homes character and history. I am blessed and have a great sense of pride to have known Tim for over 50 years and I think that that Tim is a great example of the selling of property is all about. The whole staff was very encouraging and expressed the full devotion to my questions and the many beauty of what a home of this history is displayed as and the beauty of our friendship and guidance. Tim covered with the finest skills and explanation of the market and respect for telling just what the different happenings as we had along the selling of the home. In closing I appreciate Tim’s love and respect got us and the wonderful care in the selling of the home.
