We reconnected with Tracy to sell our San Jose home after many years. We had originally planned to sell before the Great Recession, but due to the market and our move to the Pacific Northwest, we ended up keeping it as a rental property instead. I remembered Tracy as being incredibly responsive, hardworking, and a true go-getter, so when it was finally time to sell in 2026, she was the first person I called. By that point, the house needed a significant amount of work after being a rental for so long, and we were honestly a little overwhelmed by everything that needed to be done. Tracy was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was extremely proactive in coordinating repairs, painting, and all the prep work needed to get the house market-ready. Thanks to her expertise and organization, she had the home listed and sold in about six weeks. What really sets Tracy apart is her communication and follow-through. I never once had to chase her down for updates or wonder what was happening. She was always one step ahead, consistently keeping us informed and making sure everything moved forward smoothly. I truly would not have trusted this process to anyone else. Reconnecting with Tracy was the best decision we could have made, and I highly, highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and dedicated realtor.
