Madhu has been an absolute dream to work with. We were looking to purchase our first home in the San Jose area and our requirements combined with our budget meant that we would be left with very few options. Madhu was the best agent we could have asked for under these circumstances. She is extremely prompt and punctual. She would always be waiting for us at all our showings and would have already done her research beforehand. During our showing, she would point out things about us that we would have definitely have otherwise missed. She would never sugarcoat her opinions, which was very valuable to us. She has been very helpful getting us connected with everything we needed throughout the purchase, starting from financing options right down to the notary just before closing. Any questions we had were answered within the hour. All disclosures and comps for the house were already sent to us even before we had reached home after the showing. I could go on, but suffice to say that Madhu couldn't have been more involved in the process if it was her own house! We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
