Buying a place can be a daunting and an intimidating experience. Jori made this an exciting and smooth process. We discussed what I was looking for and settled on a price range. She introduced me to Janene Towner Chernoff, from Guild Mortgage. With a few different scenarios from Janene, we were off to see what was on the market. Jori ensured I always saw the latest listings and stayed in contact throughout the whole process. Jori listened to my likes/dislikes with each place and provided insight into each place's potential. We worked with Jori to buy our first house in the Bay Area. Being in the area for long we knew how hard the real estate market was. We were however very fortunate to meet Jori who took away the fear of the unknown. She had an initial 2 hour call with us to understand what we were looking for .Every week, based on our requirements she would shortlist houses which she thought had the most potential and send them over.If we liked a house she emailed us the disclosures and went through it with us. She also compiled a list of all recent sales in the area to give us an idea of the price the house might sell for. What sets Jori apart was her high moral ethics. She is not here to make quick bucks. She does not pressurize you to make a decision to buy anything . She does not tell you to bid crazy prices so you get the house. She believed in giving you enough information to make the correct decision . She really wants to get the dream house for the right reasons. It was way faster and smoother than we expected. During our home search, we noticed Jori had a listed house in Gilroy went pending within 14 days, which was way beating the average days on market.
