None of the family lived in San Diego which made it difficult to not only maintain the properties but deal with getting everything appraised and repairs that needed to be done. Her and Alex went so far as to make sure the trash was taken out, the pool maintain the right water level and many other things that I could not handle living so far away. Her advise in getting the home ready for sale resulted in us being able to get much more for the home than we anticipated. Not only did she help with my mom's home but also took over some of the issues we had with her rental property. So far as to even try to help the current renter find somewhere else to live. Vicki is a very caring true professional. I always felt that she was looking out for the best for me and my family. There are no words to truly express how much I appreciate all that they have done for me or how highly I would recommend her to anyone who needs a professional, caring realtor.
