In working with a realtor, we cared most about three things: 1) someone who felt vested in our search; 2) someone willing to provide individualized attention; and 3) someone who intuitively understood the things we were looking for in a house. Liz checked all three boxes. Despite making no offers at all during the first several months of our house search, we never felt pressured while working with Liz. Instead, Liz was endlessly patient. While other realtors may boast more years of experience, we found that to be a poor approximation for our needs. An extensive list of prior transactions means little if they don't care about YOUR housing search. Working with Liz felt like working with a friend and we would not hesitate to do so again in the future.
