In working with a realtor, we cared most about three things: 1) someone who felt vested in our search; 2) someone willing to provide individualized attention; and 3) someone who intuitively understood the things we were looking for in a house. While other realtors may boast more years of experience, we found that to be a poor approximation for our needs. An extensive list of prior transactions means little if they don't care about YOUR housing search. Working with Liz felt like working with a friend and we would not hesitate to do so again in the future.
