We were first time home buyers with a budget in the coastal California market. We went into the home buying process somewhat doubtful that we could find a home in our price range and that would meet our needs. After several viewings that weren’t quite right, Chris sent us a property he noticed had been on the market but recently taken off. We looked at the photos and description online and it aligned with all we were looking for. Chris asked us if we wanted him to go knock on the home owners door to see if they were thinking about relisting…. not only were they planning to relist they were keen on an off market transaction. Chris was incredibly professional, fair, thoughtful and efficient throughout the entire process between us and the sellers. Gena Isaacson was a great realtor. In fact we have used her services twice now. Once almost 20 years ago to purchase our first coast house and now to sell that same house and buy another one. This one was a little complicated as selling and buying at the same time was quite challenging, but Gena kept us constantly updated, informed us of what was happening at the moment, plus to let us know what to look for next.
