Claudia is amazing at what she does. She was so patience with us when we almost dis not get the house. She was so efficient in finding brokers that would work with my husband and I in approving our loan. Thank you Claudia

We were looking to sell my parents home of 40+ years, but had no idea what to do and where to start. Our agent in Eugene Oregon recommended Ed Jue. From our first meeting with him, we were able to see that he is both knowledgeable in the local Bay Area market and what to do to get the home ready to sell. Specifically, he was able to connect us with the inspectors and vendors needed to help us prepare for the sell. It helped us so much and made the process much easier. However, what impressed us the most was how he treated our parents (and us), with the utmost respect and patience. We are greatly appreciative to him.

A big thank you to Ed for the successful sale of my condo. Ed arranged great crews and oversaw various aspects of sales preparation (carpet replacement, painting, new appliances, etc). During the marketing/escrow process, he timely and efficiently guided me through the twists and turns of the process. Whenever I have questions, I know he is there to answer and help me make sense of them! I especially appreciate his honesty, integrity and the nice calm demeanor as this was the first time I experienced the sales process. Thanks again, Ed!
