He even let me see units that were under renovation, allowing me to see the design and workmanship quality of the contractor. My purchase went very smooth. I also ended up hiring that contractor to do some work on my unit. Dave knows the village and its crazy rules very well. He was very willing to find answers to my question and gave his opinion.
