250 real estate offices in Laguna Woods

Kathy was incredible to work with. From start to finish she kept the communication flowing. She went out of her way to check with both our HOA and the City for us about a few questions that came up. She ran multiple open houses. She always had our back. Without her help and hard work the entire process could have been very stressful. We know. It was not our first Rodeo. We would highly recommend Kathy to anyone looking for a realtor, that they trust, that goes the extra mile and get results. Thank you again Kathy

I'd already chosen to be in Laguna Woods, but Lisa Hynson's knowledge of it went well beyond mine — which streets and sections held their value, how the HOA was run, and how floor plans and amenities varied from one section to the next in ways that weren't obvious from listings alone. Just as important was their patience. I wanted to see a lot of homes before feeling confident, and Lisa Hynson never made me feel rushed. They also connected me with an excellent, thorough inspector, whose report gave me real confidence going into the purchase. Escrow and the HOA's paperwork, fees, and approval timeline were all explained clearly and handled smoothly well before closing. I'd recommend Lisa Hynson without hesitation to anyone buying in this community.
