About Rita

Rita attended Michigan State University, and received her MS from California State Long Beach in 1982. She secured her Real Estate License in 1989, and acquired her Broker’s License in 2006. She also earned her Epro, SFR , CRS and C2X to augment her education. Today she owns the boutique company Coast to Canyon Real Estate where she serves as a selling Broker and manages thirteen agents in their virtual office. Rita has been involved in the Orange County Association of Realtors as a Director from 2009- 2016 and served as President in 2015 with over 12,000 members and as a director for the California Association of Realtors since 2009 and National Association of Realtors since 2014. She graduated from the 2017 NAR Leadership academy. Rita enjoys giving back to the Realtor community by sharing her experiences and teaching others, she started the Leadership academy for her association, grooming future leaders in 2016. Rita also volunteers for the last 10 years as a puppy raiser for Guide Dogs of America and just finished raising puppy number 8. She has done pet therapy for years with her older dog and loves any time she can spend volunteering out in the community.

Excellent ,Communication and Follow thru. Kathy is a Gem

Kathy was incredible to work with. From start to finish she kept the communication flowing. She went out of her way to check with both our HOA and the City for us about a few questions that came up. She ran multiple open houses. She always had our back. Without her help and hard work the entire process could have been very stressful. We know. It was not our first Rodeo. Look No Further – Kathy is the Best!

Constant Communication

Kathy is a remarkable agent. She was very knowledgeable about the market and took great interest in my property. She had input into the design remodeling to make the house attractive to buyers and sellable. She was professional and honest all along our journey, something I couldn't say about many of the buyers' agents. The current market situation provided MANY challenges, but she got us through them.
