Boker and Jaye Yaruss are exceptional.
Their navigation of the market and preparation needed to find the right price and buyer and coordinate communications with buyer, HOA, and escrow are outstanding. They provided resources and access to experts who were able to assist in transforming a very neglected house into a premier property. I cannot recommend them enough.
