Denine was a strong buyer’s advocate, helping me set a good offer price and, when that offer was accepted, pushing for reasonable credits for home safety deficiencies that were uncovered by our inspections. She also made the entire home buying purchase not only stress-free, but fun as well! That said, I would definitely ask Denine to be my agent in the event I were to sell my place. Watching her interactions with the seller’s agents, and the experience-based knowledge she imparted to them during the sale, I could see that she is highly competent on that end of the home sale transaction too.
