She helped me set the best selling price. The house was in escrow one day after she listed it. She connected me with the escrow company and helped me through the whole process. She kept me informed as to what repairs were being done and when. She had my credit card number so sent me a copy of every bill and every receipt. I was so thankful to have her there representing me and handling all the necessary details. Everything went very smoothly with her communicating to me what was happening there and letting me know when action was required on my part.
