Absolutely superb from beginning to end

I relocated from the San Francisco Bay Area and knew I wanted to buy a place in one of the South County beach communities, but didn’t really know those areas well. Although those locations were not that close to Denine’s home base in Newport Beach, she rose to the occasion, taking me to see numerous properties before we placed a bid on a Dana Point beach cottage that was just what I had hoped for. Denine was a strong buyer’s advocate, helping me set a good offer price and, when that offer was accepted, pushing for reasonable credits for home safety deficiencies that were uncovered by our inspections. She also made the entire home buying purchase not only stress-free, but fun as well! That said, I would definitely ask Denine to be my agent in the event I were to sell my place. Watching her interactions with the seller’s agents, and the experience-based knowledge she imparted to them during the sale, I could see that she is highly competent on that end of the home sale transaction too.
