Great agent who knows the areas so well and has made the whole process easy

We have gotten to know Grant when my oldest went to US Berkeley, and we were looking at buying a condo. Grant was so helpful, nice, capable, and knowledgeable that we were able to buy a great condo in a great location. He was so good that we reached out to him to sell once graduation was over and he was able to sell the unit in record time above the price we had set. He really helped us with good contractors and cleaners in order to get the condo ready to be sold with a refresh throughout. Thanks Grant for everything!
