As an out of town seller Tammy handled everything regarding the sale of my late mothers home. From hiring the best trades people for handyman jobs and more. She communicated with me constantly. I never had to worry or wonder what the status was on anything. My husband said her attention to detail was steller. Because of Tammy's expertise we received and accepted a fair and good offer for our home. The only negative is how much I will miss our interactions. (she promised too look me up when she is in my area though) Tammy is talented and works hard for her clients. A big thumbs up!!!
