It was a pleasure working with our Realtor Kevin McLachlan. My husband and I first met Kevin at an open house in Redding CA and really appreciated his casual style and knowledge of the area and surrounding communities Between his excellent knowledge of the housing market to his prompt communication, he really listened to what we were looking for and steered us in the direction of homes that fit our needs and budget. He helped us to find a fabulous home in Cottonwood/Lake CA with a beautiful greenbelt view We will continue to go to him for any of our real estate needs because we know we are in good hands. Our mind can be at ease knowing we will be taken care of 110%. In short Kevin is very knowledgeable, patient throughout the process, not pushy at all, a genuine guy and very trustworthy. We highly recommend Kevin to anyone seeking to buy or sell a home. Thanks Kevin! Susanne and Charlie Braun
