She answered all of my questions and helped calm my nerves along the way too! If she doesn't know the answer to something, she knows someone that does, and she will find out and follow-up. I never felt like I had to manage the process, and that I could trust her to take care of everything. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and has a bright, upbeat personality.
