We do not know why this is the case, but it was not good from our perspective. Also, some of the items which we had believed she had checked on and did make representation to us (inclusion of electricity in the HOA fee), it turns out were not as we had been informed. Unfortunately, we found out the correct information after the sale was completed. We are unsure whether the problem came from our agent's not following through on our request or deliberate misrepresentation from the seller, but it did leave us not very happy. All in all, a successful process, but we do feel that communication was not as great at the end as at the beginning.
