We recently purchased a home in Carmichael after selling our house in the Bay Area. Connie’s excellent knowledge of the Sacramento real estate market really helped us find our dream home. We were selling and buying at the same time which can be stressful, she made the process much easier than it could have been. I would definitely recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home.

Pam Montgomery is a well-rounded agent. Communications were easy, timely, helpful and personalized. She was extremely proactive and knowledgeable regarding the various home inspections and associated repairs that could come on scene. Her guidance was very helpful, educating us and alleviating any complications with prospective buyers. Her warm personality combined with her home construction knowledge helped make the whole process less stressful.

We found Kristin to be very helpful with a lot of the process of the sale. Her market knowledge seemed good, as well. Especially at the beginning, the process went smoothly and we got quick responses and feedback. This was particularly helpful since we are out of the area and were purchasing a place for my mom to live in. A lot of the early documentation went really well, and docusign processes were smooth and prompt. We had a good calendar for what to expect in the closing process. Things stayed on this timeline. We did find that some of the follow-up at later points in the process was not as great as we expected. Responses to requests came slower at the end. We do not know why this is the case, but it was not good from our perspective. Also, some of the items which we had believed she had checked on and did make representation to us (inclusion of electricity in the HOA fee), it turns out were not as we had been informed. Unfortunately, we found out the correct information after the sale was completed. We are unsure whether the problem came from our agent's not following through on our request or deliberate misrepresentation from the seller, but it did leave us not very happy. All in all, a successful process, but we do feel that communication was not as great at the end as at the beginning.

We just finished our third real estate transaction with Margo and are beyond satisfied. Margo gave us the highest level of service. She goes above and beyond every time. We wouldn’t work with anyone else.

Julie is a true professional. Her knowledge of the industry is top tier. She really knows her stuff and her connections really help get things done. She was efficient and a great communicator. She got our house sold in a tough market and never stopped giving us advice on how to get it done.
