She helped us find and close an off-market deal, and the transaction itself had a lot going on, including delays from a major snowstorm. She stayed on top of everything and kept things moving. What I appreciated most was her judgment. She doesn’t overpush, gives practical advice, and is very straightforward about tradeoffs. It never felt like she was trying to “sell” us on anything. She was also very responsive and easy to communicate with, which matters a lot when things get time-sensitive. I’d absolutely work with Stacey again.
