Professional and experienced. We were surprised with some things disappointed with some other things. Seems the buyer had all the leverage and we just capitulated to all their demands. We realize that the market was definitely not in our favor but maybe a bit more haggling would have netted us a little more cash. Seems like we had to comply with most of their requests just to make the sale. Signs of the times, I guess. Sold a great home for the price of a not so great house.

One disappointing factor was the Sales team dropped out of the Homes for Heros program after the initial listing of the condo.
