Professional and experienced. We were surprised with some things disappointed with some other things. Seems the buyer had all the leverage and we just capitulated to all their demands. We realize that the market was definitely not in our favor but maybe a bit more haggling would have netted us a little more cash. Seems like we had to comply with most of their requests just to make the sale. Signs of the times, I guess. Sold a great home for the price of a not so great house.

She continued favorable listings on Zillow and other regional listing sites thru out the slow fall, winter and spring periods and handed off the direct sales activity to Patty Zunino in late spring. The combined team actively sought out potential buyers and were active in arranging the final sales package which lead to the closing of escrow within 30 days of offer acceptance. One disappointing factor was the Sales team dropped out of the Homes for Heros program after the initial listing of the condo.
