What more can I say that all the other amazing reviews about Chris haven't covered. Chris helped us on the buying side to find the perfect cabin. We had a few promising prospects early on in our search, but they ended up not working out for our needs. Chris never once pressured us to settle or to jump at the next opportunity if it wasn't perfect. He made sure the cabin we bought was THE cabin for us. He spent countless weekends touring us around various cabins until we found the right one. During escrow, he made sure we were comfortable throughout the process, reminded us key deadlines ahead so we stayed well prepared, and even recommended a couple loan broakers to get quotes from so we could get the best financing rate. He always ensured our interests with top priority, especially since we were less familiar with "cabin" infrastructure and processes in Calaveras County. After closing, Chris helped us get a few renovation projects completed as well. He has a huge set of resources to get any project size done, whether it's small handyman type repairs like door knobs and faucets, to painting, to even larger projects. If he doesn't have the right person to do the job, he also has incredible relationships with trade subcontractors, and even local engineers and the local government inspectors. Seems like he knows everyone, from the planning dept, fire dept, environmental, etc. He was able to help us resolve an older septic permit that was never finaled out by a previous owner by calling on his contacts and getting it done in a short timeframe and to no cost to us. Even to this day, months after we've closed on our cabin (and couldn't be happier with it), I text Chris on a regular basis asking for advice, a vendor recommendation, or something, and he's always quick to respond and help. Chris is an amazing realtor and will guide you through the process from start to finish, and even beyond.

When I first started looking for a home, I couldn't believe how difficult it was to get a realtor to even return my calls. Then I called Chris. He picked up right away, and from that moment forward, he was always available whenever I needed him. That alone set him apart from everyone else, but I quickly learned that his dedication goes far beyond just answering the phone. Chris has extensive construction knowledge, which turned out to be incredibly valuable during the buying process. He identified an electrical panel that was known to be a fire hazard, something I never would have caught on my own, and negotiated to have it replaced during escrow. His experience and attention to detail saved me a significant amount of money and potentially prevented a serious safety issue. What impressed me even more was that his help didn't stop when escrow closed. He continued going above and beyond, helping me find and coordinate contractors to get work done on the house. Most agents would have moved on to their next sale, but Chris genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. Looking back, I can't imagine what my experience would have been like if I had just waited for one of those other realtors to call me back. To All, Cris is one in a million realtor. We sold a cabin a few months back and Cris did well above any other realtor we have used. All the way from finding and working with contractors (septic/roofer/house cleaning inside and out along with debris removal) He rolled up his sleeves and power washed the deck, siding. He cleaned the inside of the cabin top to bottom. He discarded furniture, appliances, cloths, etc. Cris is no stranger to work. I 100% recommend Cris. I would use Cris again... Regards...
