Because of the poor market conditions we had few potential buyers, but she was able to work well with the eventual buyers, keeping us in the loop. She went above and beyond after the sale! She knows the local market really well, which showed up in how she approached pricing, negotiations, and overall strategy. She helped us find and close an off-market deal, and the transaction itself had a lot going on, including delays from a major snowstorm. She stayed on top of everything and kept things moving. What I appreciated most was her judgment. She doesn’t overpush, gives practical advice, and is very straightforward about tradeoffs. It never felt like she was trying to “sell” us on anything. She was also very responsive and easy to communicate with, which matters a lot when things get time-sensitive. I’d absolutely work with Stacey again.
