Stacey was great to work with. This was our fourth escrow attempt in the Arnold area, and she was solid through all of them – including the ones that didn’t work out. She knows the local market really well, which showed up in how she approached pricing, negotiations, and overall strategy. She helped us find and close an off-market deal, and the transaction itself had a lot going on, including delays from a major snowstorm. She stayed on top of everything and kept things moving. What I appreciated most was her judgment. She doesn’t overpush, gives practical advice, and is very straightforward about tradeoffs. It never felt like she was trying to “sell” us on anything. She was also very responsive and easy to communicate with, which matters a lot when things get time-sensitive. I’d absolutely work with Stacey again. If you’re buying in this area, having someone with her local knowledge and judgment makes a real difference.

My experience with Stacey was professional and easy from the start. I live 4 hours from the area of my purchase and made a few calls to realtors in the area. Other realtors did not give me a good vibe over the phone. Stacey was clear, concise and professional, but also warm enough that I decided to use her for my purchase. Once I was in the area she took the time to show me various properties and was able to suggest a property that I had not been thinking of. Ultimately, that is the property I purchased.
