If you're in Calaveras County, Stacey should be your realtor
In 2022, I thought of selling my house in Murphys and began looking for a realtor. I really did my due diligence before choosing Stacey. Stacey had the most sales in the area (actually she and another agent in her office were both right up there). I rang her and said that I was contemplating selling and that I had a pretty special house: a Mid Century Modern I had renovated and has been a highly rated Airbnb over the past two years. I told her I would likely be pushing the market (I’m sure every realtor loves hearing that!).
She created a thorough info packet for me over the next couple of days and we sat down and she walked me through it. I wanted to sell, but wasn’t sure. I waffled. Then one day I called her and said "Let's do it!" and she actually said to me "I don't think you're ready. Let's wait until you are sure." Who does that?!
In the spring of 2023 I WAS ready and Stacey listed my home, securing a great offer. As we were negotiating with the buyers, a much better offer came in. Sadly, they cancelled the very last day they could without repercussions, but Stacey had the original buyers back onboard the SAME DAY. The next week she had an even better back-up offer! She rocks as a realtor. AND she's a really awesome person. I not only sold my house, I made a friend… Thank you, Stacey!
