In 2022, I thought of selling my house in Murphys and began looking for a realtor. I really did my due diligence before choosing Stacey. Stacey had the most sales in the area (actually she and another agent in her office were both right up there). I rang her and said that I was contemplating selling and that I had a pretty special house: a Mid Century Modern I had renovated and has been a highly rated Airbnb over the past two years. I told her I would likely be pushing the market (I’m sure every realtor loves hearing that!). She created a thorough info packet for me over the next couple of days and we sat down and she walked me through it. I wanted to sell, but wasn’t sure. I waffled.
