Linda is amazing - FIVE STARS - from start to finish ( buying and selling this sweet home of 12 years). We met Linda in 2009 through one of my friends and got this sweet home with her after diligent searching. She took care of everything for our moving to this house. In 2018, We got another home through Linda it self and moved to new home. Since then, she took care of everything including leasing. When we decided to sell this property, she handled our process from start to finish to include dealing with repairs that were needed, inspection, paining, upgrades, staging, working close with buying agent and the buyers. She sold it in just 12 days! Yes! 12 DAYS! And... the icing on the cake was that we received multiple offers and we were able to sell it for way MORE than our original asking price. I'd say, it was an excellent experience overall - thanks in large part to having Linda’s expertise represent and guide us the entire time! From start to finish, she was AMAZING!
