LOC totally knows the pulse of the Rossmoor community, dealing with the Mutuals, specific property issues, coordinating inspections, staging, identifying and resolving specific issues as they emerge. Her opinion and recommendations are well thought out and fully supported by her deep experience in real estate. As an out of state seller, I had complete confidence and comfort with her representation and communication regarding the sale of my late sister's property. Again, a total pro!

We recently had the pleasure of working with James Esmeyer and Shamrock Realty to sell our family home in San Lorenzo. James is a very nice man and a true professional. We are older and needed a lot of help to market and sell our home. James took care and lined up everything, plumbers, roofers, painters, flooring, landscaping, cleaning, dump runs, and much more. James stayed on schedule and on budget! We didn't need to oversee anything. James and Shamrock showed up and got the job done! They know Real Estate and how to deliver. I left it all up to James and he absolutely did everything he said he would. Trust is everything and the Shamrock team had our back and delivered the results we need quickly and accurately.
