Carol is unique in that not only has she been in real estate for over 30 years and is extremely knowledgeable of all the ins and outs of the entire process but she truly cares about her client and does everything possible to protect the client. She also has great industry relationships, from lenders to escrow officers to pest inspectors to home inspectors to tradesmen, making for a faster, easier process. Carol is extremely responsive and works all hours every day. When listing my house she would even come by and add some plants or trim the lawn, she is very involved and passionate about her work. I highly recommend Carol when looking to purchase or list a home.
